Also, the ticket size for this project was above 1cr, so qualified customers were hard to attract to this project.

Video ads showcased the project’s poshness and were run to create awareness among people.
Once we gathered the data about people who have shown interest in awareness videos, They were targeted with lead-generation ads.
There were some filters in place while generating leads to make sure only qualified leads were being tackled by the developer.
At the end of every month, a follow-up call was done with the developer to ensure the quality of leads
