Payment terms are always discussed before undertaking the project. Payment terms are also mentioned in the Invoice sent to the customer. If there is any work to be done by Logam Digital Private Limited’s team other than services mentioned in the invoice, that will be charged extra, and also invoice for that will be sent to the customer.
Refunds and Cancellation
If customer has made a payment in advance and want to cancel the service before it started, We provide full refund. if the service is already started customer will get part refund as discussed before starting the project. All future contracts can be cancelled any time by customer with full refund. Refund amount will be transferred to customer’s account within 10 working days, from the day of official confirmation from the customer’s side.
